As a first step, the Wise consultants discuss the overall vision, culture, corporate structure, and the current employee/manager technology user interactive environment. Actual design begins with a review of each of the Dayforce standard forms, addressing capabilities, options, and best practices. The associated workflow, including initiation and conditional routing, plus the need for possible new security roles, is discussed.
All decisions are documented to serve as the central repository and configuration guide.
Configure and Refine
During new implementations or for carrier or plan changes, the Wise team can streamline the detailed process of moving employee and election data from your HCM solution to each appropriate carrier. Wise coordinates with benefit providers to obtain current specifications. If vendors have pre-defined carrier integrations, Wise coordinates with your vendor to make those available to you. If coding is needed, Wise technical specialists complete the mapping and file definition, working with each carrier for planned testing.
Wise consultants will guide your people, provide samples, have review sessions, answer questions, and jump in where needed.
We utilize SmartSheet to document and track status for each scenario, recording testing results and documenting issue resolution. Following go-live, the test cases and the SmartSheet workbook become invaluable for testing upgrades provided regularly by Ceridian.
Training and Rollout
