Your UltiPro HCM solution is live and now it is time to optimize and maximize your investment. It is important to continue to broaden the system features to take advantage of new functionality and streamline your processes. Wise works with your team to determine a roadmap to take full advantage of your system in a short time.
System Utilization services serve two purposes:

Our Team Engagement Workshops are a critical step in preparing your team for the UltiPro Discovery meetings. During the Workshop, our consultants interview key stakeholders, including management and end users, to understand their unique processes, challenges and vision. This engages your team to uncover struggles or inefficiencies and educates them to identify un- or under-utilized system capabilities.
Your Wise project manager will partner with Ceridian to understand the assignments and deadlines associated with the client-side tasks. Internal resources will be rallied and supported to complete tasks efficiently and on time.
Bringing a fresh perspective and insight from your team, we evaluate your current configuration and workflows. Organizational climate at the time of implementation and subsequent organizational changes are taken into account.As the Configuration progresses, Wise will help you maintain accurate documentation to serve as a reference for future upgrade testing or when organizational changes require configuration modification.
Wise Consulting brings comprehensive support to design anddevelop test cases, coach your team through data validation and unit and parallel testing, interact with your implementation team for remediation, document results, and provide assurance your system is ready for “go live!”
Ensuring both the ‘heavy’ and ‘casual’ users are ready when the system is launched requires planning, communication, and perfect timing. By coordinating with your internal training department and making the most of your vendor’s available training options, the Wise team will fill in any gaps in content.
Hold up! Before you can go live with your new system, data from your legacy solution will be mapped and converted over. Depending upon timing, this may include quarter and year-to-date balances. Validating all data is critical. Failure to balance “to the penny” to your old system and tax returns could be devastating. Just one more thing on the “to do” list!
