January 29, 2007 – Former MBNA/Bank of America Payroll Department Manager joins Wise Consulting Associates, Inc.
Baltimore, MD: Wise Consulting Associates, a leading HR/Payroll consulting firm, announced today that Gail Wham joined the firm as Senior Payroll Consultant. Gail brings more than 20 years of payroll, operations and HRIS management experience.

We are thrilled that Gail has chosen to join the Wise team and look forward to her bringing a mix of strategic thinking and tactical know-how to our clients.” Prior to joining Wise Consulting, Ms. Wham was Department Manager/Payroll for MBNA (Bank of America) in Wilmington, Delaware. In this role, Wham was responsible for a payroll of over $1.5 billion that covered in excess of 22,000 employees. In an organization as dynamic as MBNA, this role was key for successfully implementing strategic compensation and policy initiatives. Ms. Wham was with MBNA for over 12 years.
