Dayforce HCM / WFM
As a long-term certified Ceridian partner, Wise Consulting received training and began working with Dayforce WFM and Dayforce HCM upon their initial release.
Preparing for Implementation
During an implementation, several tasks are assigned to the client-side (your) team. By being prepared, you can ensure the implementation project moves smoothly toward your planned go-live date. By being involved and actively participating in the project, you can ensure your team will fully understand Dayforce and your specific configuration. This positions you for long-term success.
Wise offers a number of services to help you and your team succeed.
Organizational Readiness. In addition to the work needed to configure and deploy Dayforce technically, taking the time to prepare to fully utilize the solution will generate big returns. Also called “change management”, these activities include:
-facilitating decision making to achieve efficiency improvement
-coordinating (and/or drafting) internal communications
-identifying upstream and downstream data or process impact
-identifying necessary job aids or training, etc.
- Pre-discovery Workshop. Regardless of your current system (even if you are on a Ceridian system already), the Ceridian implementation team will expect and require you to comprehensively define your requirements. Wise’s unique Pre-discovery Workshops prepare your team to provide the right information and make the critical decisions that drive the Dayforce configuration.
Testing. Training. Documentation. Converting to a new HR/Payroll and Time and Attendance system can be a risky endeavor. Through thorough testing, robust and timely training, and end user and technical documentation, that risk is completely minimized.
Through our Managed Payroll offering on Ceridian Dayforce, the Wise team gains in-depth experience and insight into the “day-to-day” functionality of this product. Our team of certified payroll professionals are using Dayforce to handle US and Canadian payroll operations, including tax, general ledger, self-service, and banking. The partnership between Wise’s Managed Payroll team and our Dayforce Implementation team further benefits you by having the added availability of hands on experts to assist during the implementation with testing, data validation, and then with user training and documentation.
