Preparing for Implementation

  • Organizational Readiness. In addition to the work needed to configure and deploy Dayforce technically, taking the time to prepare to fully utilize the solution will generate big returns. Also called “change management”, these activities include:

-facilitating decision making to achieve efficiency improvement

-coordinating (and/or drafting) internal communications

-identifying upstream and downstream data or process impact

-identifying necessary job aids or training, etc.

  • Pre-discovery Workshop. Regardless of your current system (even if you are on a Ceridian system already), the Ceridian implementation team will expect and require you to comprehensively define your requirements.
